Dr. Raymond Ferri & Dr. Patrick Lawrence at Family & Cosmetic Dentistry strive to make
their practice the best practice possible.  In keeping up with the ever changing
techniques, systems and challenges of dental practices, we are proud to have
McKenzie Management to assist our office.  They will be arriving in our office in late
August.  McKenzie Management has been helping dentists for over 25 years.  They help
dentists by working “on-site” and assisting them with their individual, specific needs
and help realize their potential.  “Their expertise enjoins all aspects of managing a
dental practice including hygiene, clinical, staffing, technology, leadership team building,
coaching, marketing and transitions.”  Sally McKenzie, founder and CEO of McKenzie
Management, has been a dental business administrator and dental educator. 
She was also an instructor at Ohio State University College of Dentistry.  Sally is also
 well known for her lectures and seminars.  She is sending Nancy Caudill, originally a
North Carolina native, to be helping our office.  Nancy Caudill has over 30 years of
experience in dentistry.  She has a strong passion for the dental profession and is very
devoted in assisting doctors to make their practice the best practice possible.  We at
Family & Cosmetic Dentistry strive to make our practice the best possible for our
patients.  Our experienced and friendly staff makes every effort to make our patients
feel like family and to provide the best dental experience possible.  So that we can
provide you with the latest in techniques, technology and care, our doctors and staff
